SARA A Featured review I was reminded again why I can always trust Roadmasters with my vehicle. A few months ago, they recommended several big repairs, including timing belt and steering components. When I took it in last week for the timing belt to be replaced, the discovered an oil pump leak that required extensive repair, which they did. I had told them to go ahead and also do the steering components repairs, but they said that they wanted to wait on those and recheck them to see if they're really necessary, just in case the oil pump leak had made it appear so. They could easily have just done the full set of repairs, but the cared enough to not do anything that might be unnecessary. Such an incredible contrast to the mechanics you hear about who make stuff up to make a quick buck. Thanks, again, Roadmasters!! After the conversation about the tires I had no problem spending a little more money. The guys are knowledgeable about tires. I had a 3 o'clock appt. and my truck was being worked on at 3. Always nice when you have an appointment and your not left waiting. Mechanics were informative on issues discovered while working on my truck. Magazine selection in the waiting area needs to be looked at. Lots of ladies magazines not much for the guys. Overall experience was great. Thanks guys.

I came in to just have my car checked out for a road trip and deal with some noise in a wheel well. $1,300 later and do I know if all this had to be done? I don't. Then, I made it clear. Very clear. No oil change. And, an oil change was done at no cost to me. A kind gesture for sure, but I have had only a special and higher grade of oil put in by Jiffy-Lube. I don't know what was put in my car, but I'm quite sure it wasn't the same as I normally get. I've been a customer for as long as I've lived here. This is the first time that I've had any doubts about the service.
